Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. Within a year, she received her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16, after she quit gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17 She was able to earn her professional card. Thus becoming the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage in order to complete her university education. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in 2015. She picked up where she had left off in the previous events, such as her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years, setting goals for herself. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel completed the first six years of contest to earn her degree from the college she attended. Then she returned in October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd during the event. The summer of 2016 saw her winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in and was thrilled by her result. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel's top body part to train includes her lower back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over rows with single arm pull downs with lats. The warm-up phase is typically done before an actual exercise. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. One way to achieve this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets of 10-12 reps is done.
